Name: Shuri Marvel Breed: Shepherd Mix ‍&#226&#153&#128&#239&#184&#143 Personality:  Like her namesake, Shuri Marvel, is quick witted and funny. Shuri has a quiet calm about her, observing the world and finds her right place in the crowd. Naturally, she defers to her older foster brothers for leadership and is fiercely loyal to her person, using direct eye contact to bend you to her will.  Looks: At about 3 months old, Shuri comes in at 14 lbs and all legs. She clearly takes after her dad, who was likely some type of terrier.  Her long, jet black hair stuns with softness. She gonna be a medium-large dog as mom was an 80lb Shepherd mix. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Favorite Activities: • Chewing on bene bones putting those puppy teeth to work • Going belly up for belly rubs (of foster sibling licks) as often as possible • Biiigggg stretch • Lounging on the patio Skills: • Speaking Shyriiwook (the language of Wookiees) • Using the doggie door • Submissive poses with her foster siblings • Using pee pads (learning outdoors) • Learning the “sit” command (treat motivated)   All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
