He is from Tijuana and has the opportunity to come to rescue in MN on April 15th, so he can get adopted. We are looking for a foster home for him, foster to adopt, or adopter. He has been altered and is UTD on vaccines. If you’re heart goes out the overlooked, "plain" dogs (who are never plain) please consider Simba!
