SirBilly is a bright, energetic, and affectionate pup who’s equal parts brain and spirit!. A natural athlete with a sharp mind, he thrives on activity—think tug, fetch, agility, or any job that gives him a purpose. If you're familiar with herding breeds, you'll recognize the drive that makes dogs like SirBilly so special.   In foster, Bill initially struggled with transition but thrived as he adapted to the rhythms and structure of the home. He's fully housetrained, overnights in his bed, enjoys brushing, and greets visitors positively.   As a working breed, SirBilly does best with structure, mental stimulation, and clear expectations. He will be most comfortable in a home that can offer consistency, outlets for his energy, and understands that a bored herding dog will try to make his own rules. He prefers a calmer pack vibe and may try to "manage" small unruly creatures. He has adapted well to his foster home’s routines—he just needs a home that gets him.   SirBilly adores his people and bonds deeply.
