See Sparkler’s HomepageGo to our official websiteSparkler (Sparky to his friends) is a middle-aged, 15-pound Bichon.  He was part of an 81-dog breeder bust along with his best girl, Starla.   Sparky is a charming fellow.  He loves to play with toys and other dogs.  He gets the zoomies almost every day, and he zips around the yard with such exuberance.  He will throw himself into his foster mom's lap for snuggles when the mood strikes.  Foster mom now understands why people love Bichons so much. Sparky and Starla clearly love each other, so we would like to keep them together.  They take a little bit to warm up to new people, but they are not nearly as fearful as typical puppy mill dogs.  Their ideal home is in the suburbs with a securely fenced yard.  They both do well with other dogs.  Children make them nervous, so teenagers and older is preferred. Sparky is in good health!  He was neutered in June.  He is missing all of his teeth, so his tongue hangs out to the left of his mouth.  He is darling!!!
