Meet SprinklesBlack & White | ~1 Year Old | Momma Extraordinaire. Sprinkles is a gentle, black and white beauty who lives up to her name—just as sweet and comforting as sprinkles on a sundae. She was found in a heartbreaking situation: trapped in a hamper with her tiny kittens, unable to escape, without food or water, and covered in fleas and dried urine. Despite it all, this brave young mom never stopped caring for her babies, Spot, Parches and Smudge. A kind neighbor spotted the hamper discarded in a small field and knew something wasn’t right. When they looked inside, they discovered Sprinkles and her kittens quietly waiting, still huddled together. Forgotten Cats was called right away. Rescuers spent over three hours carefully cleaning, de-fleaing, and feeding the little family. Throughout it all, Sprinkles remained calm, keeping a watchful eye as each of her kittens was tended to—and then finally allowing herself to be helped. Now safe and recovering, Sprinkles is showing her true personality: affectionate, serene, and endlessly kind.
