Spud is definitely a sour patch kid kittenTo start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html  Should our adoption coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss it with you.  Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV (’Feline Immunodeficiency Virus’) and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). Spud is a 6-month-old, very crazy and spunky male kitten. He is mostlyblack with a small spot of white on his chest and a white tail tip. Hehas been in foster care since he was around 3 weeks of age and wasrescued from a colony of kittens in Euclid. He affectionately got hisname because when he was much smaller, he looked like a small potato!Spud is definitely a sour patch kid kitten. One minute, he’s playbiting and bouncing off the walls and the next minute he’s purring andcuddling up to your neck. He loves to play with all kinds of toys,especially a laser pointer and his catnip banana. Spud would do greatin a home with another playful cat/kitten or humans that love to play!When he winds down he does get cuddly and will give kisses.Spud has been around other kittens, adult cats, dogs, and an olderchild and does very well with everyone. He can sometimes get mouthywhile playing so we are working on redirecting him with his toys.Spud is an amazing little guy who can’t wait to find an active,playful forever home!
