A kind family renting a nearby home noticed the three pups and, after learning from a neighbor that they’d been dumped, worked to catch them and contact HASRA for help. Spur is one of the most stunning brindle dogs you’ll ever see—handsome, loyal, and full of heart. He’s living with five other dogs in his foster home and gets along wonderfully with everyone. Spur will give a soft growl or bark when he hears something outside, making him a great little alert dog. He kennels well, has had no accidents in the house, and truly loves human affection—he melts right into your hands for pets and snuggles. We were dumped by a lake and struggled for a few weeks until a wonderful family found us and got us to safety. Now, I’m living my best life with five other dogs—I love to play and make new friends every day. Everyone tells me how handsome I am with my beautiful brindle coat, and I have to admit—they’re right!
