 IN VERMONT  Meet Stanton! https://youtu.be/6y8Ob-4ZTvY Stanton is 2 years old, male (approx. 11-5-22), 43 lbs., vetted, is or will be neutered, and micro-chipped. Stanton was out of time at an overcrowded shelter in SC when we saved him! He assessed well with other dogs, may be good with cats (all cat and dog relationships are different), and is social; his happiness is contagious! Disclosure:   Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue.  Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance!   Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed.  Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.
