Hello, my name is Starlight! I am a 6 week old domestic short hair female kitten that weighs approx. 1.5lbs. I came in to shelter when I was just a few days old and have been in a foster home to help me grow! I am now available for preadoption! I will be able to officially go home on 6/2/25. I am on both canned/dry kitten food and I am using the litter box well. I will need a person or family that has the time and patience to help me become the best cat I can be. RAC staff will be in touch with approved applicants in order to schedule a meet and greet. My adoption fee is $75 which includes my spay, rabies vaccine, microchip, first FVRCP vaccine, and dewormer. I will be required to return to RAC on Wednesday, 7/9/25 for my spay and rabies vaccine.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
