STRING BEAN NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Come meet String Bean and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (July 14th) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Rockville (5154 Nicholson Ln, Kensington, MD 20895)!     Name:  String Bean         Best Guess for Breed:  Shepherd and lab mix Best Guess for Age:  8 months as of July 2024     SEX:    Male Approximate Weight: 45 lbs as of 7/2/24; he is still growing!   Gets Along With:   Other dogs! He currently lives with dogs and kids in his foster home. We haven’t seen him with cats but he can be tested   Currently Living at:  DC area foster home String Bean is Looking For:  A new name! He feels he’s well proportioned, not a long skinny thing. Vanity aside – this is what he is looking for: His forever home! String Bean is barely out of puppyhood and oh so eager to have his own humans and to see the world with them!  In the shelter, he shows how much he loves people and pups. He is amazing in playgroups and will do great when playing with other dogs – doggie daycare, pupdates, dog parks, etc.  This sweetie deserves to have his own humans and know what it’s like to be a well-loved dog. He has so much to offer – adoring gazes and kisses are up there but above all, he promises loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Can you see this not-a-string-bean by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:  We have loved having him!! He is such a sweet, friendly, easy going and affectionate dog :) String Bean is an easy going, incredibly sweet dog. He has done very well with our large dog and two children. He has done great walking on a leash and hasnt had any accidents in the home. String Bean’s tail is always wagging and he loves everyone one he meets. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
