SUGA NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name:       Suga           Best Guess for Breed:        Shepherd and Retriever mix    Best Guess for Age:    5 months as of March 2025          SEX:        Female   Estimated Weight (puppies’ weights change quickly!):     23 pounds as of 3/6/25   Gets Along With:        Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.   Currently Living at:        South Carolina shelter – Suga needs a foster or adopter to make her way to DC   Special Adoption Considerations:       Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.  Suga is Looking For:         This sweet girl is as irresistible as her name! Suga is a young pup with a beautiful tan and white coat, big soulful eyes, and a heart full of love to give. She’s still very much a puppy, full of playful energy, curiosity, and that signature puppy charm. Whether she’s zooming around the yard, chasing her favorite toy, or snuggling up for a nap, Suga is always ready to brighten your day. She’s eager to learn, making her a great candidate for training, and she’ll thrive in a home that can give her plenty of love, guidance, and playtime.
