All interested people should submit an adoption application as their first step. Wanted: Home that will let me live there, all expenses paid, without any expectation of me having to chip in or help around the house. I must be allowed to nap consistently and zoomie around the yard at will, with little to no warning. A quiet, calm home is a must, as I prefer not to be bothered with entertaining guests while in the comfort of my own home. I will also require a chauffeur, as I do not have a license and I'm too short to see over the steering wheel anyway.  Now, I know what you're thinking: what a freeloader. While it is true that I don't want to take on any responsibilities around the house,  I am currently seeking employment as the Official Blankie Tester™&#239&#184&#143 for bedding companies .  Believe it or not, I haven't been able to find a company that is interested in the valuable feedback I could provide on whether or not their products are comfortable enough for naps. This is unfortunate and also not my fault, so my employment status really shouldn't be held against me.  Some other things for you to take into consideration: I'm good in the car, crate trained and love to play. I'm also a great size at 20 pounds. Since I'm currently a stay-at-home-pup with no responsibilities in or out of the house, I have plenty of time to be your constant companion and best friend! If you are looking for an adorable roommate with floppy ears and happen to own very comfy blankies, please submit an application on the website!  All pets adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative (dogs), FIV/FELV tested (cats) and microchipped. The Greater Derry Humane Society does not have a physical shelter, and all visits are by appointment only.
