Meet Teddy. Teddy is a 2½-year-old Golden Doodle weighing just under 50 pounds, with a big heart and a whole lot of joyful puppy energy. He’s had a tough start — spending much of his young life crated for 12–13 hours a day — and now he’s ready for a fresh chapter with a family who can offer him freedom, activity, and plenty of together time. Due to this and his young energy, Teddy does need to learn quite a few manners still. He is a bit overstimulated at times, so having an active lifestyle will allow him to thrive. Teddy would thrive in an active home. Fetch is his absolute favorite — if you throw the ball, he’ll happily chase it from sunup to sundown. When playtime winds down, he loves being close to his people and is happiest just hanging out nearby. He’s potty trained, sleeps through the night, and does wonderfully with kids of all ages. Teddy does resource guard his toys and food. He’ll need to be the only dog in the home, where he can feel secure and be the center of attention — something he truly deserves.
