With an urgent deadline for adoption or rescue by Wednesday, 2/5, Tessa needs someone special to open their heart to her. Despite her current weight, she has a petite frame that makes her perfectly cuddly. Tessa walks softly on a leash, relishing the simple joys of sniffing her surroundings and exploring the world at her own pace. Recently, she showed incredible compassion by being a calming presence for a scared puppy in the shelter yard—proof of the kind-hearted companion she can be. While Tessa may not be the life of the party when it comes to playtime with other dogs, she shows great grace and independence, comfortably sharing her space without any fuss. What she truly craves is love and a confidence boost from someone who understands that every dog deserves a second chance.Could you be Tessa’s hero?
