Meet Theo, a happy-go-lucky boy who is 1.5 years old and weighs 45 lbs. We think he might be a Beagle mix but we don't know with what. Theo is great on a leash and loves everyone he meets! He is really a "people dog" and he gets along well with other dogs, too. Theo has been sitting at a shelter for about 1 month and has become a volunteer favorite – everyone loves Theo! We feel that he is housebroken since he never potties in his run but waits until he is outside on the grass.
