I’m a 2-year-old pittie mix with a heart full of love, a tail that never stops wagging, and a serious passion for fetch (seriously, it’s the best game ever). Treats are cool, don’t get me wrong, but toss a ball and watch me go – that’s my kind of party! I’ve learned a lot in my short life and I’m proud to say I know commands like sit, stay, down, come, drop it, leave it, and shake (with both paws… just not at the same time – I’m not that fancy). I’m a great listener, too – one time, I saw a rabbit in the yard and when I was told to “leave it,” I did. Yep, I’m that good. I love my walks and do well on leash. I’m also housetrained and crate-trained and hang out quietly while my foster mom is at work. I used to live with a small dog, and now I’m doing great with my four-legged foster sibling. I’ve even been a gentleman with the 9-year-old human in the house – I'm not sure which of us has more fun playing fetch (look HERE at how obedient I am at retrieving)! I really just love being part of the action. My foster family says I’m sweet, happy, and well-mannered, and they can’t help but smile at my enthusiasm for balls. I’ve got so much love to give and I’m ready to share my loyalty, goofiness, and cuddles with a family who sees how special I am. If you’re looking for a playful, loving, smart pup to join your family, I might just be your guy. Come meet me – I’ll bring the tail wags, you bring the tennis ball. Love, Tiger Tiger is from a local shelter. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application.
