Critter Details

This sweet young Momma was likely an outdoor cat who was then abandoned at a young age. She befriended a human family just in time to have her kittens in their shed. She kept them safe until they could come to CAWS, and did a great job of raising them. Now she is ready for a home of her own. Tigress is a low-needs, low-maintenance girl. She will come up, rub your legs, and purr when she is getting pet on, but is often content to lounge around and have someone come up to her to give her love. She does not play with toys (either because she did not play with them as a kitten or she has been too focused on taking care of her kittens to play). She would do fine as a solo cat but likely could also live with feline sibling who is also pretty chill. She has not liked meeting our dogs, but again, this could be because her kittens are with her and might change once they have been adopted. If you are looking for a beautiful girl who needs little more than to lick Churu off your fingers and be loved on, Tigress is your girl!
