Tilly is outgoing and the leader of her little pride. She talks to her humans with soft little chirps and is already a professional pouncer of toys and siblings both! She loves pets, cuddles, and kisses of all kinds and gives her slow kitten blinks with her big eyes to say "I love you" &#226&#153&#161 —————————————————————————————————————-   All of our foster kitties are raised in foster homes, are up to date on vaccines for their size, spayed/neutered, FELV/FIV tested and microchipped.
