    Are you looking for your next snuggle buddy? Look no further than Tinky Winky! This sweet girl loves nothing more than to cuddle next to you all the time. All fosters under the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition: Community Cat Adoption Program are fostered privately through foster homes.  They are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped before adoptions are finalized.  SAFCC is a 501c3 non profit, all volunteer organization serving San Antonio and Bexar County, Texas.
