He is an almost 1 year old, approximately 13 lb male cockapoo. Tinsel is friendly, calm, affectionate, and good with other friendly dogs and cats. As my foster he has already met multiple cats and 16 other dogs ranging from 1 to 70 lbs! Tinsel does need a haircut, which we plan doing asap!
