Almost a year old, Tippy is a choice kitty, sweet & friendly. She liked being held by a little shelter visitor, who deemed Tippy her favorite. She will be a great addition to some lucky family! Meet Tippy at a Second Chance Thrift Store. HPHS supports spay/neutering of all pets. Adopt from us and your new pet is spayed or neutered.  They are up to date with their shots as well.   Discount spay/neuter vouchers are also available at the Second Chance Thrift Store. Income verification is necessary tp receive the voucher.
