Meet Tito – Your Perfect Snuggle Buddy! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Tito is an 8-year-old Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix with a heart as big as his ears!  He's blind, but that doesn't stop him from being the sweetest, most affectionate little guy. He’s quiet, low-energy, and happiest curled up in a cozy lap, soaking in all the love he can get. Tito is looking for a calm, loving home where he can feel safe and cherished.
