He was brought to the shelter with 11 other Chihuahuas, who were living in a very bad situation. As sweet as TOBY is, he is super scared and the rescue when he’s there shaking in a crate, hoping that somebody will come and rescue him. He would love somebody to cuddle with and kiss and follow around the house. He gets along with everyone, including children and other animals.  Please come and meet Toby And you will fall in love instantly.
