Though he has a bit of a playful streak, he’s a smart pup who already knows ‘sit’ and is working on mastering the art of taking treats more gently. Toko is a curious observer, often watching other dogs stroll by with keen interest. While he can be a bit dog-reactive and shows some barrier reactivity, he’s a work in progress and is learning how to channel his excitement in more positive ways. His bark is as unique as his personality—it sounds like he’s lost his voice but doesn’t let that stop him from expressing himself! Once Toko gets his energy out during playtime, his affectionate side shines through. Did we mention he appears to be potty-trained, as well? He’s the kind of dog who’s always up for an adventure, and with a little patience and care, he’s sure to warm hearts wherever he goes.Toko has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we’re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon – 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon – 6:00 pm.
