Tommy was found under a house with his siblings and had very little early human interaction, but he’s blossoming beautifully in his foster home. With his four adorable white “socks,” he looks like he’s always dressed for a tiny formal event. He loves gentle pets—especially nose rubs—and is learning that people are pretty wonderful.
