Tootsie's ideal home would be a calm environment without young children, where she can fully relax and shine. She's a devoted companion who loves her people so much that sometimes she does not like to share them with others. Because of this, she'll do best with people who understand her boundaries and make her feel secure. Tootsie can be a little bossy with other dogs, but she may be open to having a furry sibling who is the right fit.
