Name:   Tots       Best Guess for Breed:  Shih Tzu and poodle mix   Best Guess for Age:   2 years as of March 2026      SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  10 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   Texas shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area!   Tots is Looking For:   Her forever home! This sweet girl landed in the shelter heavily matted. She’s a young girl who is eager to get her own humans for sniffy walks and world exploration! A cushy dog bed, quality kibble, and lots of snuggles are on her wish list. And daily brushing and regular professional grooming – mats hurt, and Tots deserves to never go through this again.   Most of all she wants to know where she belongs, that she’s safe and loved. What do you say?
