Sky blue eyes and a speckled nose are not only intriguing but also the first signs of a friendship. Add in a bubbly personality and you have none other than Trixie2. She has found her place in rescue to find her forever home. Trixie2 is a 2.5-year-old pit bull terrier with charm to spare. She weighs around 60 pounds and is a bit overweight and would benefit from to dropping a few pounds. She leads with a shining personality and a greeter to everyone. There is no stranger in her world. She is great with other dogs, children over 5 years of age and adults. She has not been introduced to cats since coming into rescue. She is a happy gal that enjoys interaction with other individuals as well as time playing with her toys. She will not refuse a belly rub or time hanging out with her people because she relishes those opportunities. Trixie2 is learning the ropes and going for the gold in learning her house, crate and leash training. She is enthusiastic and willing to do what is expected of her. She is treat motivated so that should be of help with getting her interest in learning basic commands and/or her skill set. She has come a long way to find the home where she can rest her head. Trixie2 is all about love and devotion and is ready to share all of her attributes with her forever family. All it takes is one hello, and her happily ever after begins.* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Trixie2 is $500.
