Meet Tuff — a gentle soul finally learning what safety feels like.Tuff was found abandoned in a home, surviving on his own with a few other dogs. With a past like that, it’s no surprise he’s still learning how to trust, relax, and accept love. He’s shy and often shivers when he’s unsure, but every day he makes a little more progress. Tuff is discovering that soft beds are for comfort — and that people can be kind. He’s still coming into his own, moving slowly but surely in the right direction.Tuff is low maintenance, working on housebreaking and doing good  , and comfortable with other dogs (and even cats). He's calm, gentle, and prefers cozy naps over toys. What Tuff needs most is patience, a peaceful home, and someone who understands that healing takes time.
