Meet Tux — our dapper 12-year-old gentleman who still has plenty of love (and tail wags) to give.    Tux joined us through our owner surrender program when his human toddler brother’s boundless energy became a bit too much for this sweet senior. He’s now in a wonderful foster home, doing great and charming everyone he meets!   Tux is the perfect mix of calm and playful. He loves people (just not the tiny ones), enjoys his leash walks, car rides, and snuggles on the couch. He’s house-trained, quiet, low-maintenance, and has way more pep than you’d expect from a senior — fetch and toys are still firmly on his favorites list!   With just a little age-related hearing loss and seasonal allergies (easily treated with Apoquel), the vet says Tux is in tip-top shape. He’d thrive as an only pet in a calm home where he can soak up all the love he’s missed.   If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion to share your days and your heart — Tux is your guy.    Tux is fixed,  up to date on vaccines.
