Vlad is so sweet! He gets along with everyone and will be adopted with his friend, SweeTart. Both are very playful, love to play chase and jump really high with a wand toy. Vlad loves to play with feet and chasing a laser. HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express every Friday 4pm-7pm plus Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event).
