They are huge, floppy, and totally Dumbo-worthy. When the wind blows, those ears flap like he’s about to take off, and honestly, it’s hysterical.   Behind those adorable ears is a very sweet puppy with a sad start. Waldo was abandoned, dumped, neglected, and came to us very under-socialized. Because of that, he will need a patient home that understands he needs time to decompress, settle in, and build confidence at his own pace.   At this time, Waldo is on a medical hold until we feel he is fully ready for adoption, but in the meantime, he would absolutely love a foster home.   Waldo loves other dogs and loves to play. He is active, silly, all puppy, and so grateful for the simple things — food, water, toys, and a soft bed to sleep in every night. He is quiet, not a big barker, and just a happy little soul who is finally learning what it feels like to be safe.   Because of his rough start, no young toddlers for Waldo.
