    Meet Waldo. Waldo is a young chihuahua mix that has a lot to offer a loving adopter. He gets along with dogs and cats and adores people. According to his foster mom, Waldo is very smart and enjoys learning, so his adopter will have so much fun teaching him tricks. He also loves playing with other dogs, so someone with a small to medium-active pup would be ideal. He has plenty of exuberance for long walks or engaging in outdoor activities with his adopter, although he also is happy just sitting on a lap. Waldo would be a fantastic companion for anyone.
