This beautiful brindle pit mix girl is the perfect blend of fun and laid-back. Willow enjoys playful moments, but her true happy place is stretched out on the couch, soaking up time with her people and her doggy crew. She’s very social in a thoughtful way—she does great with other dogs in the home, respectfully giving senior dogs their space and gently playing with younger ones.  Willow is kennel trained, spending time resting there while her humans are at work and sometimes during the night, although to be honest, she’d much rather curl up on the bed with the rest of her pack. She’s very food motivated and truly aims to please, which makes her a great candidate for continued training. When her foster family gets home, Willow is thrilled to see them and may show her excitement with a little extra wiggle and enthusiasm—she’s currently working on calm greetings, and a quick sprint around the back yard and some human interaction are all she needs to settle down. Because of her excitement she has potential to knock very small children over. Willow still has occasional accidents but is figuring out what it means to live in a home and is getting the routine down.
