Name:  Winston         Best Guess for Breed: Terrier mix – some wheaten terrier in there, maybe   Best Guess for Age:  2.5 years as of July 2025          SEX:  Male   Approximate Weight:  10 lbs   Gets Along With: Winston lives withother dogs and loves them! We haven’t seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  DC area foster home   Winston is Looking For:  His forever family! This small sweetie was found stray by exactly the right person – someone who took him in and committed to making sure he gets his own humans. Ones who take him for sniffy walks and romps and all those wonderful adventures.    His biggest ask: Knowing he’s safe and loved and under his own roof. He has so much love and loyalty to give in return. If there’s a gap for a 10-lb scruff in your lap and your life – consider Winston! What My Foster Says About Me:   He is the sweetest guy – he wakes up happy and ready to go each day!! He loves car rides, playing, interacting with people and other dogs. He would travel anywhere.  I would love to keep him but I already have two dogs and cannot have a third permanently. His forever family and he will be so lucky to have each other.  Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
