DOB: 05-27-2024 Zelda is a beautiful short-hair calico with memorizing green eyes and an adorable beauty mark on her pink nose. She has a wonderfully sweet and loving purr-sonality, and her gentle spirit radiates warmth and affection. Zelda is always eager to plant herself in front of you, inviting pets and strokes, especially delighting in head and face rubs. While she might settle into your lap or lean across your leg, her curious energy rarely lets her stay for long. Zelda is a social butterfly with people, running to greet all visitors to her foster room with cute chirps and a welcoming presence. She is energetic yet gentle and thrives on treats and will sweetly pursue you with chirps and tapping on the treat drawer for her favorite snacks. Really a kitten at heart, Zelda  loves the thrill of chasing elusive red dot, batting at swinging toys, and pouncing on bouncing balls.  What makes Zelda truly lovable is her sweet nature and her charming habit of engaging in heartfelt ‘conversations.’ Call her name, and she’ll reply, continuing  on until you reach out to rub her and give her the human attention she desires. She’s content to snuggle beside you on the couch, meowing until you return her affection with gentle loving pets. Most endearing of all, she treasures quiet moments and has been known when face-to-face to give nose kisses. Zelda came to Forgotten Ones as a homeless, pregnant cat. She gave birth to four kittens and was a loving and nurturing mother. Now that her kittens are older, Zelda is ready to find a family of her own and will be happiest as a single pet.     Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/.
