She is a 3 year old, 57 pound love bug with the cutest fluffy paws.  Zena is the perfect mix of active and chill.  She’s up for a walk, long or short, and also up for snuggles and laying around. Currently, her favorite way to hang out is laying on her back next to her human and getting endless belly rubs.  She is crate trained and house broken.  Although she enjoys a fenced yard, it is not required. Zena has done well with both children and adults.  Pets and belly rubs will make you an instant friend.  Zena is in a foster home with another 9 yr old German Shepherd and got to have a sleep over with a younger dog.  She has done well with both dogs and I think would enjoy a companion but would be okay as an only dog. Zena has a high prey drive so I'm guessing she would do best in a home with no cats. Everyone who meets Zena can't help but fall in love with her.
