Name: Zeno   Best Guess for Breed: Heeler/terrier mix Best Guess for Age: 10 months as of March 2025   SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 30 lbs as of March 2025; he might have a bit more to grow! Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: SHELTER. Zeno is hoping for a foster or adopter to earn his freedom ride to the DC area! Zeno is Looking For: This sweet, handsome boy ended up in the shelter through no fault of his own. While he loves his four legged friends that he’s been rooming with, he is really hoping for that one special family to find him and bring him home — forever. With lots of energy for walks, runs, and hikes, Zeno is also hoping his new family can provide a warm, fuzzy bed, lots of snuggles, and tasty treats to snack on and train with so he can learn the ins and outs of living in the DMV.  So, are his perfect puppy dog eyes working on you?
