Meet Zero to Hero, a young, joyful pup who’s equal parts zoomies and snuggles. With a heart full of love and a now nubby tail that never stops wagging, this guy is happiest when he’s right next to his favorite people—or better yet, curled up right on top of them! Hero has two speeds: all-out play mode and totally conked out, and he gives his whole heart to both. He is already crate trained, housebroken, and a total foodie, which makes training a breeze! He learned “sit” in under a minute and picks up new routines quickly, always eager to learn and join in on the fun. While he's still working on polite greetings and can occasionally be startled by loud noises on walks, Hero pushes through with encouragement and is ready to be your best buddy.  Through surgery, a cone of shame, and some unexpected health challenges, Hero has stayed his sweet, resilient self. And now that he is healed and recovered, he is ready to wiggle and wag into your life in full force. Hero is just waiting for a loving, active forever home with plenty of snuggles, playtime, and maybe even a yard or trips to the park. He enjoys the company of other dogs (and cats too!) and would thrive with a playful companion who matches his energy. If you're looking for a loyal goofball with endless affection to give, Hero could be your perfect match! Email adoptions@phillypaws.org to learn more and apply to adopt him today. Hero will also go home with a fabulous THREE MONTH SUPPLY CARE PACKAGE! You can also see even more of Hero's adventures on Instagram @willathemutt, as well as his news feature here!
