Critter Details

ZORRO is estimated to be about one year of age. He is a black and white border collie mix, and he arrived at the shelter in late April 2025. This charmer is a talker (yak, yak, yak!) and he is always trying to get staff attention in the hopes that they will give him more treats! At the time of this posting he is being housed in one of the large dog crates set up in the hallway to handle the ongoing large number of dogs that keep making appearances at the shelter. It does not damper his spirits any and ZORRO says that he is glad to patiently wait for the right person or family to come looking to make him a new member of their family. He has not yet been neutered and that must be done before ZORRO can go home with you as your own. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
